Having grown up watching the japanese version, with just subtitles this is PERFECT. The english dub doesn't stay close to the actual script and it's truly irritating. ^that resolved it for me.
As for the first one, I honestly had no idea which one resolved it. I clicked and installed Alienware On Screen Display 0.33.0.19 but it did not install properly in spite of the error going away.
I also upgraded the chipset using Intel's chipset update utility:

So I can't be sure which one resolved it. But the chipset one would def. help regardless.
